Let's talk about principle-based martial arts!

Principle-based martial arts teach general principles of whole-body power, rather than specific responses to specific attacks. The student learns to internalize these principles and apply them spontaneously.

Because this principle-based, whole-body focus is rare in martial arts schools, Self Care Arts (a Colorado Springs kung fu studio) has started this journal as a place for students all over the world to discuss and share.
